How much weight will I lose?

Unlike most fad diets, we won't say "lose 10lbs in your first week!" because the truth is that it all depends on your starting point. What is realistic for one person is completely unrealistic for another. That said, you can reasonably expect to have lost somewhere in the region of 6-12kg or 12-24lbs by the end of the program.

I'm going on holiday/vacation. Can I start this now?

Yes. You're not going to be following a strict diet and the workouts are 100% tailored to you, so we can even build special workouts for while you're away.

How much support will I get?

Coach Jon will be watching your account like a hawk and proactively messaging you if he notices something amiss. You will have the ability to contact Coach Jon privately through the app to get 1-on-1 support at any time. Every 3 weeks there will also be a check-in to review progress and address any roadblocks.

What happens to my Bodyweight365 membership?

Your Bodyweight365 subscription will be paused so that you are not billed while you are following the 90-day weight loss program. At the end of the program, you will have the option to resume your normal BW365 subscription. You will still have access to the 365 app, community, and monthly challenges, but your BW365 workouts will be replaced by custom workouts for the duration of the program.

Will I get a meal plan?

No. Again, this isn't about handing you a strict diet to follow. We'll be helping you smarter diet choices and build long-term habits. That said, you will get access to lots of resources including charts and recipe ideas.
