Who is Bodyweight365 for? BW365 is for anybody looking for a simple, sustainable way to get fitter and healthier. Our members are usually in their 50s or 60s, busy, and they prefer to exercise at home.

Who is Bodyweight365 NOT for? BW365 is not for anybody looking for the latest gimmick or fad. It's not for anybody who is unwilling to dedicate just 15-minutes a day (1% of their time) to their health. It is also not a good fit for anybody looking to bulk up and build lots of muscle.

Is 15-minutes a day really enough to get the results I want? Yes. Not only have we had 1000s of members get incredible results with Bodyweight365, but our system is also backed by research showing that a 15-minute workout, done right, can burn just as much fat as 35-minutes of exercise.

Is this a 'cookie cutter' (i.e. one-size-fits-all) program ? Nope. There are 12 different difficulty levels to minimize your risk of injury and maximize your results. We'll help you find the appropriate level for you when you join and, from there, you can change difficulty whenever you like.

Is there enough variety to keep me interested? Absolutely. We currently have more than 500 unique routines available with many more in development. You'll never be bored.

What if I can't do some of the exercises? We understand everybody is different. Simply let us know which exercise(s) you are struggling with via the community and one of our coaches will provide you with a substitute.

Do I need any equipment? Negative. In some of the harder difficulty tiers we do recommend a suspension trainer (which can be picked up for around $50) to give you a more complete workout, but it is not essential.

What if it's not right for me? No problem! Just send us an email and we'll cancel your membership, no questions asked.
