Do I need any fitness equipment?

No. It's bodyweight-only... Hence the name :)

Won't working out every day lead to overtraining?

No. Your workouts will alternate between bodyweight circuits one day, and mobility sessions to boost recovery the next.

I have an injury. What if I can't do some of the exercises?

This isn't a coaching program, so we can't create unique workouts for you. But if there's a particular exercise you can't do, let us know in the community or via email, and we'll suggest a suitable alternative for you.

I'm busy. How can I find 15 minutes every day?

Wake up 15 minutes earlier, go to bed 15 minutes later, work out on your lunch hour, do your food shopping for the week online, break the workouts up into 5 minute chunks... There are a ton of ways to find 15 minutes each day, but if that's something you can't do, then Bodyweight365 is NOT for you.

Who is Bodyweight365 NOT for?

Bodyweight365 is not for people whose main goal is to bulk up and build lots of muscle, nor advanced trainees or athletes.

When will the workouts be delivered?

Your workouts are broken

I'll explain why in just a second. But first, let me tell you a quick story...

When I first met one of our clients, Jen, this is what she said to me:

"A fitness instructor who looks at me and tells me that if I do not allocate an hour per day to exercise I do not love my self enough... I can't use that for anything. I just don't have the time. Literally. I even put mascara on in elevators."

Jen desperately wanted to be fit and healthy so that she could live a long, active life. And of course she also wanted to have a lean, toned physique so that she could feel confident in her own skin.

But Jen worked 12+ hours a day, and she didn't want to spend the small amount of time she had to herself stuck in a gym. She wanted to spend it doing the important things in life, like being with friends and family.

Jen also spent a lot of time traveling, so even if she did want to go to the gym, it simply wasn't something she could do with enough consistency to get results.

So Jen turned to bodyweight workouts as the answer. After all, she knew that...

Read that again and let it sink in.

See, the fitness industry has done an amazing job of convincing people that they just need to 'try harder' if they want to get leaner, stronger and fitter.

When people inevitably fall off the wagon, they tell them that they "didn't want it badly enough", or in Jen's case, that "she didn't love herself enough"

But it's just a bad excuse for lazy workout design!

(yep, you read that right -- they are the lazy ones, not you)

Think about it:

If your workouts take too long, are boring, require too much equipment (or a gym), don't get results quickly, or worse, leave you injured, then it's not going to be long before you stop doing them. We live in the real world, after all.

And as good as some of these workouts might sound 'in theory', they become completely useless the moment you fall off the wagon.

So we do things a little differently.
